Annual Detroit Female Ride

Each year, Detroit Biker Girls hosts an annual Female Ride to celebrate women riders internationally, held the first Saturday of May.  The annual event began in 2015 with just a few riders and has grown to over 200 over the years.  Our ride raises money for charity - a different local Detroit charity is chosen each year to receive donations.

2020 has been especially tough for everyone.  This year's ride was cancelled due to COVID.  Please visit the Store to purchase a "Biker Lives Matter" t-shirt.  All purchases made before October 31, 2020 will benefit this year's charity, the Rhonda Walker Foundation.

In 2021, our annual ride format will change.  The Spring weather each year is always a gamble, and we plan on moving the event to August and increasing the activities, similar to other large all-women rides held in other areas of the United States.  We are extremely excited to begin this adventure and look forward to providing details as soon as possible.
